'SMILE 2'

Rated R for strong bloody violent content, grisly images, language throughout and drug use.

What it’s about: The sequel to the surprise horror hit sees the smile demon infecting a mega-famous pop star.

The kid attractor factor: Teen audiences will be drawn to the horror flick, especially in spooky season, but no appeal for kids.

Good lessons/bad lessons: Trying to take control of your own demons is a terrifying and courageous endeavor.

Violence: Extreme bloody violence throughout. Grisly images, car crashes, stabbings, scary situations, etc.

Language: Swearing throughout.

Sex: None

Drugs: Extensive on-screen drug use: cocaine, pills, and references to drug addiction and drug dealing.

Parents’ advisory: Too violent, bloody and mature for kids. Fine for mature teens.

'ANORA'

Rated R for strong sexual content throughout, graphic nudity, pervasive language, and drug use.

What it’s about: A Brighton Beach stripper thinks she has her Cinderella story when she marries the son of a Russian oligarch, but nothing's ever easy.

The kid attractor factor: Not much — this is a mature adult film.

Good lessons/bad lessons: If it seems too good to be true, it probably is.

Violence: Some fighting and brawling.

Language: Swearing and strong language throughout.

Sex: Several sex scenes and nudity in the strip club.

Drugs: Marijuana and cocaine use throughout.

Parents’ advisory: Too mature for kids and teens. OK for teens 18 and up.
