Drinking plenty of water is important for “helping food move through your intestines and getting things moving again” after an indulgent holiday, Miller explains. Vegetable juices, clear soups and herbal teas are also excellent choices. Move your body, too! Whether it’s a quick walk or an intense gym session, exercise is a fantastic way to refresh after a busy holiday.
