Miranda Kerr's body has "really changed" after having four children.

The 42-year-old model - who has son Flynn, 15, with her ex-husband Orlando Bloom and sons Hart, seven, Myles, six, and Pierre, two, with her current spouse Evan Spiegel - insisted she isn't worried about the toll time has taken on her appearance because she is "feeling good" about herself and knows how much she is appreciated by her loved ones.

She told Australia's Marie Claire magazine: "I'm very much sensorial these days. And I really try to look after my emotional health. My body has really changed from four pregnancies, but I worry less about ageing now than I ever have."

"I'm feeling good about who I am now. When you're connected to that inner part of yourself - and your family - and know they understand and appreciate and value who you are, I think that's all that matters."

And Miranda feels empowered by knowing her worth.

She said: "In my youth I was appreciated for the 'exterior' rather than my spirit.

"But my empowerment now comes from knowing what I bring to the table."

Miranda's organic skincare brand, KORA, turns 20 this year and while she has considered selling her 95% stake in the brand, her children are not so keen.

She admitted: "Someone asked me that the other day. I was like, maybe … But my sons overheard and lost it. Myles said, 'No way! I'm going to be CEO of KORA one day!'"

Miranda and SnapChat co-founder Evan are keen for their children to understand their privilege and how different their childhoods are to their parents'.

She said: "My husband and I talk about this all the time. It's something we're deeply conscious of.

"We've explained this isn't a normal life. We're blessed."

And the couple encourage the boys to work hard at school.

She said: "I've told them, 'If you don't focus on school, we'll take you out and your position will go to another child. You'll go to public school.' They're like, 'Err, OK…'"

The former Victoria's Secret Angel has practised meditation since the age of 17 and is now joined by her husband and eldest son.

She said: "Evan meditates. "Flynn now joins me, but rather than chanting to an altar like Orlando [a practising Buddhist] does, he goes inwards. It's not easy. And at time's its confronting."

And faith is also important to the family.

Miranda said: "It's one thing we focus on as a family. We always pray before meals, thanking God for our food and the opportunity to be together."
