Singer Ray J was arrested Thanksgiving Day after allegedly brandishing a gun at his estranged wife, Princess Love, officials said.

The R&B singer, whose real name is Willie Norwood, was booked into the Los Angeles Police Department’s Valley Jail Section in Van Nuys early Thursday morning, online court records show. He has since been released on $50,000 bond.

He was arrested on suspicion of making criminal threats, LAPD Capt. Mike Bland confirmed to the Los Angeles Times.

While Bland did not share details on the arrest, TMZ reported that the interaction unfolded when the 44-year-old musician appeared on an Instagram livestream, saying he was having “the worst Thanksgiving in the f–ing world,” and saying someone was trying to take his kids from him.

Ray J and Princess Love, known for a tumultuous, headline-grabbing relationship, married in August 2016 and have filed for divorce multiple times. The now-estranged reality TV couple share a 7-year-old daughter, Melody, and a 5-year-old son, Epik.

According to the outlet, the situation escalated quickly, with the “Sexy Can I” singer appearing to grab a handgun off the table, load it, and say, “If these n–s step foot close to this door I’m going to blow this f–ing s– away, bro.”

Ray J — the younger brother of singer Brandy and a longtime friend of Sean “Diddy” Combs — is also heard yelling off-screen, accusing an unknown person of “trespassing,” TMZ reported.

A video circulating on social media appears to show the aftermath of the initial outburst, with he “One Wish” singer accusing his estranged wife of wanting to “drive drunk.”

Love, who appears to be holding their daughter Melody, repeatedly says, “You pointed a gun at us.”

Ray J, who famously dated Kim Kardashian in the early 2000s, later said he was “defending [his] kids and [his] space,” reiterating the allegations that Love was drunk.

Later on Thursday, the 41-year-old “Love & Hip Hop: Miami” star posted a series of messages on her Instagram Live about what “gaslighting sounds like.”

“You’re just trying to confuse everyone so you get to come out on top and control the narrative. We all know why you’re doing this, so just stop,” one of the messages read.
