Tom Holland concussed filming 'Spider-Man' sequel; filming delayed

Tom Holland sustained a concussion last week while filming “Spider-Man: Brand New Day,” putting production of pause for several days.
The head injury occurred while filming a stunt at movie’s the Glasgow, Scotland set.
Holland, 29, is taking a couple days off out of an abundance of caution and is expected to resume filming soon.
No one else was injured and producers are expected to meet Monday and decide how to proceed while Holland recovers, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
According to People, Holland, with fiancée and co-star Zendaya by his side, hosted a pub quiz at an event for The Brothers Trust, the charity he runs with his three brothers, on Saturday at Christie’s auction house in London.
“Spider-Man: Brand New Day” is set to premiere on July 31, 2026. It is directed by Destin Daniel Cretton and expected to see the returns of Mark Ruffalo as The Hulk and Jon Bernthal as The Punisher.
