SAN DIEGO — Wu-Tang Clan, the pioneering New York hip-hop group that debuted in 1992, has announced the first leg of its “Wu-Tang Forever: The Final Chapter” farewell tour.

The two-month trek will include four California dates in June, starting with June 20 and June 21 performances at, respectively, Toyota Arena in Ontario and Pechanga Arena San Diego. These will be followed by a June 24 show at San Francisco’s Chase Center and a June 26 show at Sacramento’s Golden 1 Center.

The tour will feature all of Wu-Tang Clan’s surviving original members — RZA, GZA, Raekwon, Ghostface Killah, Method Man, Inspectah Deck, U-God and Masta Killa — along with Cappadonna, who joined the group in 1995, and Young Dirty Bastard, who joined in 2018, 12 years after the death of his father, Wu-Tang Clan co-founder Ol’ Dirty Bastard. The Atlanta hip-hop duo Run The Jewels will open all dates on the tour.

Wu-Tang Clan’s most recent San Diego performance was in October 2022 at Gallagher Square at Petco Park.

Tickets and VIP packages for the group’s farewell tour will go on sale at 10 a.m. local time on Friday. There will be no pre-sales for this tour. Tickets for the San Diego concert will be available at axs.com.
