D4vd put two of his Texas homes in his mom’s name days after 15-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez’s dismembered remains were found in the singer’s impounded Tesla.

The 20-year-old “Romantic Homicide” crooner, real name David Anthony Burke, transferred deeds for a pair of properties located near Houston in a trust for his mom on Sept. 18 and Sept. 22, per documents obtained by TMZ.

The Queens-born performer, who is reportedly cooperating with authorities, was 13 when his family moved to Houston.

The grisly discovery of Rivas Hernandez’s body occurred Sept. 8 in a Los Angeles tow yard, though officials suspect she’d been dead for weeks. A cause of death has been “deferred” as police try to discern “whether there is any criminal culpability beyond the concealment of her body.”

Rivas Hernandez, who disappeared in April 2024 at the age of 13, was identified on Sept. 17, hours before Los Angeles Police searched a home in which Burke — whose world tour has been canceled amid the investigation — was staying. The residence was reportedly rented by his manager.

TMZ previously reported that someone used a voice-changer to falsely report a shooting at one of the homes D4vd’s transferred to his mom, resulting in a “swatting” raid by authorities.

Despite Rivas Hernandez’s mother telling the outlet that her daughter had a boyfriend named David, and reports that both had “Shhh…” tattoos on their right index fingers, LAPD Captain Scot M. Williams told People it would be “premature” for him to remark on the nature of their relationship.
